Bogdan filed a lawsuit against libelous journalists
The head of the Presidential Office, Andrei Bogdan, filed a lawsuit for the protection of honor and dignity against journalists of the “Schemes” program and the National Public Television and Radio Company of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported on the portal Judicial Power of Ukraine.
The lawsuit was filed in the Shevchenkovsky District Court of Kyiv on August 20.
The defendants in the case are OJSC National Public Television and Radio Company of Ukraine and journalists Valeria Egoshina, Maxim Savchuk and Natalya Sedletskaya.
The essence of Bogdan’s claims is not indicated on the portal.
In the spring, journalists from the “Schemes” program reported that Andriy Bohdan, then a lawyer for Igor Kolomoisky, allegedly secretly visited the Constitutional Court on March 13, where he met with the then chairman of the court, Stanislav Shevchuk.
Later, Shevchuk stated that they allegedly talked with Bogdan about the article of the Criminal Code on illegal enrichment that was repealed by the court.
