This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Deputy Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, Konstantin Biryulin.
“Boguslaev (Verkhovna Rada deputy from PR, honorary president of Motor Sich - editor's note) is an intelligent person and is trying in every possible way not to leave the Russian market. He intends to move assembly production to Russia or a third country,” Biryulin said. According to him, this will give the corporation the opportunity to maintain the Russian market for its helicopter engines.
In turn, the chairman of the company’s supervisory board, Anatoly Malysh, denied this statement.
“All assumptions about transferring production to third countries are absurd,” Anatoly Malysh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Motor Sich, told Ukrainian media.
Let us remind you that Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko banned any military-technical cooperation with Russia.
