This is stated in the plot of TSN.
It is noted that unknown persons barricaded themselves in the building of the enterprise. The peasants began to break down the doors. In response, the raiders fired smoke bombs and tear gas at people. Then the armed men began to shoot the crowd. Three people were hospitalized.
According to village residents, unknown people appeared more than 20 days ago. They introduced themselves as the new owners of the farm, presented extracts from the state register, pushed the manager out of the office and posted their security. Since then, work at the enterprise has stopped. 500 hectares of unsown fields lie idle, people are left without work.
“Although in fact, the documents that the raiders show are fake. And this has already been confirmed by examination. It is not yet known who exactly ordered this raider action. In order to achieve justice, we initiated a trial,” said the chairman of the NGO “Agrarian Self-Defense” Yuri Krutko.
Only 3 police officers arrived at the scene of the shooting. They tried to negotiate with the raiders. After that, another 80 law enforcement officers arrived to help.
“The raiders laid down their arms. The shooters turned out to be 6 men - natives of the Zaporozhye region, dressed in camouflage uniforms. Law enforcement officers seized hunting pump-action shotguns and one traumatic weapon from the bandits. Based on this fact, criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 4 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Hooliganism”. The perpetrators face from 3 to 7 years in prison,” said Yuri Krutko.
Now the farming enterprise has been transferred to the old owners. The peasants say they fear the raiders will return, because the court has not yet officially recognized their documents as false. And the “activity” of law enforcement officers, according to people, does not inspire confidence. Therefore, farmers respond by arming themselves and creating Agrarian Self-Defense units. Unofficially they call themselves “Kirovograd Cowboys”. They assure that if the problem cannot be resolved legally, they are ready to defend their lands with arms in hand, the media note.
Journalists claim that similar raiding attempts are also taking place today in the neighboring Nikolaev and Odessa regions. There is also unrest in the Cherkassy, Poltava and other regions - especially where bread is grown.
