According to the official version of the investigation, on July 16, a conflict occurred on the city beach between a group of military and civilians, as a result of which one of the fighters stabbed a local resident. Later, from loss of blood, the Genican died in the district hospital.
After the arguments of the military prosecutor's office, the Genichesk district court decided to set bail in the amount of 50 thousand hryvnia, if paid, the accused serviceman will be transferred to house arrest.
