The group of volunteers “Help the Rivne Army” asks the head of the Rivne regional state administration, Vitaly Chugunnikov, to introduce a ban on the sale of alcohol to military personnel near training grounds and at bus stations in Rivne.

As group leader Victoria Shinkarenko said in a commentary, the authorities should force dealers not to sell alcohol to people in uniform. Especially next to the Rivne bus station, where those mobilized directly from the training ground go to buy strong drinks.
“We recently returned from Severodonetsk. There is nowhere for people in camouflage to buy alcohol, because the previous head of the Luhansk region introduced a complete ban on this. His method is still effective. This also needs to be introduced in Rivne, because drunken conscripts, who are nicknamed “avatars” because of their blue complexion, often conflict with civilians and become initiators of fights,” noted Victoria Shinkarenko.
It should be noted that in June there was a mass brawl over alcohol at the Rivne training ground. The mobilized tried to carry 20 liters of alcohol through the checkpoint. Three people on duty were injured in the fight, and ten people were punished with several days in the guardhouse.
After this incident, fines were introduced for drinking alcohol at the training ground: for the first offense - 1700 hryvnia, each subsequent - 2500.
The police conducted a raid on the villages adjacent to the landfill and seized several moonshine stills.
