DPR fighters prevented a number of terrorist attacks at chemical facilities of the republic
The Ukrainian command planned several terrorist attacks at chemical facilities of the DPR. The attacks were repulsed and the enemy suffered losses.
A representative of the DPR People's Militia Department, Eduard Basurin, spoke about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Ukrainian side planned to carry out terrorist attacks at chemical facilities. An attempt to blow up an ammonia pipeline at Stirol was noticed in time and the alarm was raised, but it did not happen. This is an attempt to blow up a chemical facility near Gorlovka, Zheleznaya Balka. There was an attempt to penetrate by two groups of 10-12 people.
The NM soldiers noticed in time and opened fire, as a result of which two were killed, three were injured, and they retreated to their side. And an attempt to blow up a fuel and lubricants warehouse in Elenovka. Early in the morning, the group entered, but the watchman noticed and raised the alarm, thereby thwarting the enemy’s plans to destroy the fuel and lubricants that our republic so needs,” Basurin said in a comment to the military correspondent of the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company Andrey Rudenko.
“Ukrainian special operations forces, together with British special operations forces, planned terrorist attacks on chemical facilities in the cities of our republic, which today’s cases confirm,” the military man added.
Footage from a camera found at the scene of the battle with saboteurs was also published. Defenders of Donbass found foreign-made personal protective equipment and ammunition and an action camera attached to a bulletproof vest.
