Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters staged an armed rebellion against their commander
Soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces posted a video on the Internet where they complain about their commander. According to them, the Ukrainian brigade commander constantly beats them, insults and humiliates them. In the video, the Armed Forces of Ukraine addressed the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko with a request to replace their commander.

The speaker of the DPR command, Eduard Basurin, announced this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Ukrainian Armed Forces have long ceased to be an army in the full sense of the word, and elementary army discipline for the always drunk ATO participants began to be perceived as something wild and alien. Thus, the soldiers of the 57th mechanized brigade staged a real armed rebellion demanding the removal of the new brigade commander Golovashchenko. In a video that the rebels published on the Internet, they complained of constant insults and aggression towards personnel, including officers. According to them, the brigade commander even beat up the chief of staff of the 17th battalion, Kravchenko, omitting the fact that the major came to a meeting with the unit commander while drunk.
Also, in their video message to the president, the soldiers explained in detail that before the appointment of a new commander in the unit, there was no difference who you were - a private, an officer, a battalion commander or a squad commander. After all, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are striving to join NATO, and such things as subordination, unity of command and army discipline, in their opinion, are simply a meaningless relic of the Soviet past.
After such statements, everything immediately becomes clear. And the chaos that is happening in the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine takes on a new meaning. Regular drunkenness, drug use, and unauthorized abandonment turn out to be simply manifestations of European freedom. Of course, having seen such a mess, the Soviet-trained brigade commander, with a mind not completely disfigured by the ideas of the Maidan and his stay in the ATO zone, tried to restore order in the unit using harsh methods.
As a result of the appeal of the soldiers of the 57th brigade, a comprehensive inspection was sent to the unit, which revealed many violations, and from which the soldiers themselves, who drew the attention of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief to the problem, primarily suffered. But they were convinced that their democratic method works, and other military personnel can, following their example, complain directly to the president,” Basurin said.
