Boxer Alexander Usik: Crimea is Ukraine

Kyiv, May 18 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Boxer Alexander Usik said that Crimea is Ukraine, he remains to live in Simferopol and is not going to receive a Russian passport.
The athlete said this in an interview with Novoye Vremya magazine.

“I’m staying in Crimea. I am Ukrainian, and Crimea is Ukraine, so I don’t see the need to move... I have Crimean registration, my family lives there, my home is there,” Usik said.
“I have a normal passport, I’m not going to change it,” the boxer added.
“It doesn’t matter what language I speak, the main thing is what kind of heart I have, and it’s Ukrainian,” the athlete concluded.
