Thus, according to the deputy governor of the Dnepropetrovsk region Svyatoslav Oleynik, over the weekend 93 wounded soldiers were admitted to hospitals in the region. A third of them are “heavy”.

“I see that the authorities in Kyiv are keeping silent. So-so work environment. It is precisely this attitude towards human lives in the current government that strikes me most,” Svyatoslav Oleinik, a representative of Governor Kolomoisky, criticizes the Kyiv authorities.
