According to the State Border Service, Ukrainian border guards and customs officers are not allowed to process this cargo.
ANNA News also published a video showing a convoy of trucks with humanitarian aid from the Russian Federation first passing in one direction and then changing direction. The authors of the video report that the reason for the change in route was the fighting taking place on the way to the trucks’ destination.
According to social media users, the humanitarian convoy will break through to Lugansk through the village of Nikolaevka, along a dirt road.
As Navigator reported, trucks with humanitarian aid left the Izvarino point towards Lugansk. The Red Cross reported that their representatives do not accompany Russian trucks in Ukraine, as previously agreed. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine stated that the convoy illegally crossed the country's state border. In turn, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced that the Ukrainian side was delaying the passage of humanitarian aid.
Let us remind you that 280 trucks as part of a humanitarian convoy left the Moscow region on August 12. Since August 14, they were in the Rostov region near the border.
