The corresponding decision was made today at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, reports press service of the Ministry of Defense, noting that the draft resolution was developed by the department on the initiative of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
The document provides for payment of double the amount of monetary support to military personnel who are directly involved in the ATO and military conflicts. Three times the amount of cash will be paid to military personnel who take a direct part in hostilities from the moment wartime is declared, as well as 1000 hryvnia for every day of direct participation of a serviceman in hostilities, and additional remuneration for the destruction of enemy military equipment.
Thus, for the destruction of a car, the reward is 10 minimum wages (12 thousand UAH); tank - 40 minimum wages (48 thousand UAH); multiple launch rocket system – 50 minimum wages (60 thousand UAH); combat aircraft - 100 minimum wages (121 thousand UAH).
The decision comes into force from the day of its official publication.
