Most direct investment in Ukraine comes from Russia

In the first half of 2018, the largest share of direct investment (equity capital) in Ukraine came from the Russian Federation, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent. with reference to UNN.

As data from the State Statistics Service show, the figure for investments from the Russian Federation reaches $436 million or 34,6% of total revenues.

The Ukrainian State Statistics Service notes that in just January-June more than a billion dollars came to Ukraine in the form of direct investments. Of these, from Russia - $436 million, from Cyprus - $219 million, from the Netherlands - $207,7 million, from Austria - $58,7 million, from Poland - 54,1 million, from France - 46,9 million, from the UK - $43,4 million.

Let us remind you that yesterday the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that he was ready to break the Great Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation with the Russian Federation.
