Sociologist Evgeny Kopatko stated this at the Moscow Economic Forum.

“There can be nothing positive in Russian-Ukrainian relations. The change from plus to minus, which sociologists rarely record, occurred from October 2013 to April 2014. Russia, as a fraternal, friendly country and strategic partner, has turned in the minds of the majority of Ukrainians into a source of threat, an aggressor and a hostile state. This trend has not stopped yet,” Kopatko said.

He sees the only positive trend in the fact that in two years the number of those who believe that the Donbass problem should be resolved peacefully has increased from 14 to 60%.
