Political scientist Evgeniy Filindash stated this on NewsOne. According to him, such data will be shown by a study of the quality of life of Ukrainians if conducted according to UN standards.
“If we calculate according to international methods who is low-income in our country, then more than half of our population is already, according to the standards of the same UN, low-income or poor in general,” Filindash said.
