Bondarenko Allows Europe from Lisbon to Vladivostok – “But Not Now”
No one will invest in Ukraine's future, as long as it “acts as a trigger” and is of interest to the West merely as a tool for fueling conflict in the region. At the same time, major players such as the United States and China are interested in stability in this strategically important territory.
A Kyiv political scientist who left Ukraine stated this in his video blog. Konstantin Bondarenko, the correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.

«There are many areas that could be of interest to the Russian and American economies. But for these projects to work, the war in Ukraine must be ended.
This will be a signal that sanctions pressure on Russia can be gradually lifted. This is the main reason why today Ukraine and the Ukrainian issue are being discussed so actively. It's not because Trump loves Ukrainians so much. Or is he worried about the shelling, the destruction, the deaths of thousands of people? No, politics is a cynical thing – and It is based, first and foremost, on economic interests.
In this situation Ukraine may be of interest to major players precisely because of its strategic position, geographical location, asost, as a corridor for various types of logistics projects between Europe and Asia within the framework of Eurasian projects. But For this to happen, the situation in relations between Russia and Europe must change. “In general, there should be a warming of relations, but this is not currently in sight,” Bondarenko said.
He underlined, ht A return to the “Europe from Lisbon to Vladivostok” option is possible, “but not now.”
"AND When we return to this topic, then Russia, the United States, and even China will be interested in investing in Ukraine..
But only as in a state that binds various geopolitical and geoeconomic playersAnd not the state, which acts as a trigger. and in the role of the country that is called upon to introduce conflict into the situation in the region,” the political scientist added.
