Bondarenko: Britain remains the only ally of Ukraine

“The neutral status of Ukraine is something that can be considered by default. It seems to me that in fact, the neutral status of Ukraine and non-entry into NATO is an issue that has been resolved a long time ago, it was decided last year, and by default it will be implemented.
