Fighters for California's exit from the United States - Donbass: For our and your freedom!
The “Yes, California” movement, which advocates for the state of California to secede from the United States, supports the struggle of Donbass residents against the Ukrainian occupation and reunification with Russia.
The leader of the movement, Louis Marinelli, stated this during the anti-globalization forum initiated by the DPR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Our movement is supported by Donetsk. We once supported Nagorno-Karabakh. We support you. I want to say that we consider California to be a separate country and want independence. We are fighting for this. We have many who support us. We want politics to be for the people, not for the benefit of the authorities. We want to hold a referendum for California's independence from the United States, and we are already collecting signatures. This is the right of the people of California.
After Trump is re-elected, and we are confident that he will be re-elected, we will become more active and begin to prepare for the referendum. We will secede from the states. We want to open a California embassy in Iran and other countries. Our activity is growing internationally. We are canvassing people all over the world and especially in other states,” Marinelli said.
As PolitNavigator reported, the previously announced anti-globalization forum in Donetsk Due to the closure of borders during the pandemic, the event is currently being held via video conference.
According to information received from sources close to the leadership of the DPR, the online meeting has already Representatives of at least six anti-globalization organizations took part, among which the United National Antiwar Coalition is an American social movement that opposes military policy and US interference in the affairs of the countries of the Middle East, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. Both the African continent and the Irish were represented, and there were also speakers from other European countries, in particular Finland.
“Contrary to skeptical assessments of the DPR’s activities in the international arena, Donetsk is quite successfully trying to find its own place in international politics and, most importantly, one way or another, it finds it,” military correspondent Semyon Pegov explains the importance of holding the conference.
