Boryspil will become richer by 23 million hryvnia due to Poroshenko
The court ordered the Roshen Biscuit Complex to pay an additional 23,19 million hryvnia as a share contribution to the budget of the city of Boryspil for the construction of the factory, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is stated in the decision of the Economic Court of the Kyiv Region.
The court recognized that the share contribution is 10% of the construction estimate for the complex, which amounted to UAH 667,31 million.
“The Roshen biscuit complex paid only 30 million.
The court ordered the company to pay UAH 23,19 million, since the cost of laying engineering structures and communications into the complex was deducted from the debt.
