“It makes no sense for the Russian Federation to take less than all of Ukraine” – Kiev lawyer
Wherever the Russian army stops in Ukraine, a line of contact will be formed, from where it will “fly in.” At the same time, there is also the fact that the Russian bureaucracy does not have time to develop the territories after the advancing Russian army.
Kiev lawyer Tatyana Montyan, who was forced to leave Ukraine, stated this on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Taking less than the whole of Ukraine is basically pointless, because what difference does it make where the contact line is? No matter how much they take, the line of contact will still pass somewhere, and they will fly from there.
It is already flying deep into Russian territory, flying across Kherson from uncaptured Nikolaev, flying in on the cruiser "Moscow" from uncaptured Odessa, and a tugboat was recently sunk from Odessa. Constant fighting. Taking anything less than everything simply doesn’t make sense,” Montyan explained.
“The [offensive] forces are quite small. It would be more, it would be faster. I heard a version that the bureaucracy does not have time to develop the already occupied territories, that everything is very slow, even with the introduction of mobile communications, television, the banking system, distributing money to people, and so on. That is, they simply do not have time to develop the already occupied territories,” the lawyer stated.
