The Klyuev brothers intend to build a power plant near Sevastopol
Sevastopol, February 18 (Navigator, Elena Ostryakova) - The authorities of Sevastopol announced the intention of the Austrian company Activ Solar to build a solar power plant in the vicinity of the city. It is necessary to allocate 200 hectares for the project, but this is not agricultural land, but the so-called “inconvenience”. The only requirement of the investor is proximity to the substation.

“I am captivated by the fact that they are already working in Ukraine. You can touch it. The station will generate 100 megawatts. This is what will meet the needs of the city,” said Vladimir Yatsuba, Chairman of the Sevastopol State Administration.
According to the Ukrainian website “Insider”, Activ Solar is connected with the head of the presidential administration of Ukraine Andrey Klyuev. It belongs to the P&A Corporate Trust company from Liechtenstein, which is headed by the son-in-law of Sergei Klyuev (brother of the head of the AP). The company unites 30 enterprises out of 50 that received a “green tariff” - the opportunity to sell electricity to the state at a price of 5 hryvnia per kilowatt/hour, which is 25 times more expensive than electricity generated by hydroelectric power plants.
Vladimir Yatsuba did not deny that he negotiated the investment project not with the Austrians, but with the Ukrainians, but avoided answering the question whether the Klyuev brothers were behind the construction of a power plant near Sevastopol.
“I don’t know about the Klyuevs. I know that Klyuev’s company built a plant in Zaporozhye to produce crystalline silicon for solar batteries. My friend is the director there,” said Yatsuba.
