Brexit will save the Ukrainian village! – Ogryzko
The UK's exit from the European Union, which will take place on the night of February 1, plays into the hands of Ukraine.
Now the “agricultural superpower” will be able to supply more agricultural goods to this country, since EU quotas will not apply to the UK.
Ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Ogryzko stated this on the radio “Novoye Vremya”, a correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“There are certain ceilings, and if we have already hit these ceilings, we cannot move further. In the case of Great Britain, the situation will be completely different. We agree that we can supply so much, so much, which means this is how it will be done.
Because so far these European Union quotas have held us back. Now Britain will be another opportunity for us to earn a good penny, and on the other hand, to once again demonstrate that Ukrainian goods are actually of a high level of quality,” says Ogryzko, without explaining why the UK will prefer Ukrainian agricultural products to its own, as well as – European and American.
Let us recall that earlier the former Minister of Economy of Ukraine Viktor Suslov said that over the past five years Ukraine has lost the flagships of its industry and is gradually turning into an agricultural farm.
