The West is in vain delaying the supply of long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine, which would help the Ukrainian Armed Forces to more diligently attack the bridge across the Kerch Strait.

Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson stated this at a forum in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Johnson admitted that he himself would “gladly” destroy this transport crossing.

“I often hear that Ukraine, they say, needs something that will allow it to hit targets, say, in Crimea - some kind of long-range weapons. That’s why I sometimes ask why we in the West are slowing down with the same ATACMS, why is the same Kerch Bridge still standing?

I understand that there is not much left of it, but still, it’s worth it. I generally love building bridges, but I would happily destroy this one,” Johnson said.
