Most of the sabotage and terrorist attacks taking place in Russia are committed by people who have a Russian passport in their hands.
The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, stated this on the air of the Internet blog “Iceland”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
At the same time, Budanov did not deny that Ukraine was behind these people.
