“We will hate Russians for centuries!” – The Rada, under the supervision of the West, adopted a Russophobic appeal
The Verkhovna Rada adopted an “Address to the parliaments and governments of democratic states and international organizations on the occasion of the anniversary of the start of the full-scale war of aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.”
The discussion was observed by representatives of the parliaments of France, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Spain, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Romania, Turkey, Finland, Croatia and Montenegro, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The document was presented by Speaker of Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk. According to him, in the appeal, the Rada demands from other states and international organizations to increase military assistance and political support to Ukraine, strengthen sanctions against the Russian Federation and recognize it as a state sponsor of terrorism, and bring to justice everyone disliked by Bandera, including the Russian leadership.
“Lenin did not invent us, as some of the ignoramuses claim this in the “swamps.” We are a great nation, with more than a thousand years of state history and, most importantly, a spirit of indestructibility...
Russia, Putin and every Russian will definitely pay for the war they started. This will be a high but fair price, which will be paid by more than one generation of murderers of our people. Because this is justice,” Stefanchuk said to applause.
Speaking to foreign guests, Ukrainian deputies seemed to compete in Russophobia and radical statements.
“With this statement, you and I appeal to the free nations of the world so that they provide us with absolutely all types of weapons that will allow us to plan operations in such a way as to expel the barbaric horde from our country. I am convinced that we will succeed,” said deputy Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze.
In turn, parliamentarian Taras Batenko promised that Ukraine will hate Russia and Russians for centuries.
“Ukraine will never forget February 24, 2022 and the first victims of full-scale Russian aggression. She will never forget a single episode of this war, which has been dragging on for nine years. This memory will not be erased even after generations and centuries, and with it the words and curses addressed to Putin and Russia itself will not be erased. It is Russia, as a singer, that in its overwhelming mass of citizens commits crimes against the Ukrainian nation. We remember and will not forgive,” he said.
And the leader of the Batkivshchyna faction, Yulia Tymoshenko, told the guests the “history of Ukraine” and demanded weapons - and more of everything.
“Over the past two millennia, at least five world eternal empires have found peace here in Ukraine. They ended here. Now another one is preparing to retire - Russian.
But we need weapons, we have the moral right to demand weapons, because we are fighting for everyone. Give us long-range missiles, planes, give us more tanks - and we will return stability and peace to the world. We will destroy that plague of the XNUMXst century,” Tymoshenko said.
During the voting, the appeal to the world's parliaments was supported by 313 deputies out of 236 required, and the Russophobic document was adopted.
