“The death of Lukashenko will be announced. Moscow is looking for a replacement” – Kyiv political scientist
After President Alexander Lukashenko dies, Moscow will begin annexing Belarus.
Valentin Bushansky, chief researcher at the department of ethnopolitical science at the Institute of Political and Ethnonational Studies, writes about this, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports, in the Kraina magazine.
According to him, as a result, the situation in Belarus will stabilize and Lukashenko will gain control over the country.
“And one autumn day, the announcers, barely holding back their sobs, reported: “After a long illness, an outstanding politician, the father of the Belarusian people, a great friend of Russia, Alexander Grigorievich Lukashenko, passed away.” Let’s face it: a dead Lukashenko is more beneficial to Russia than a living one,” says the Ukrainian expert.
In his opinion, during Lukashenko’s “long illness”, the Kremlin will select a reliable successor to replace him.
“For example, Viktor Babariko. Or they will be convinced of the effectiveness of methods of control over Tikhanovskaya, which the Belarusian people liked so much. And after that it will be possible to move on to the final of the Belarusian game - the coveted Anschluss and humiliation of the West, which won the Cold War in 1991,” writes Bushansky.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Bushansky called for waiting for the division of Russia and get Kuban.
