Whatever the result of the meeting in the Normandy format, in a few years Ukraine will inevitably face complete anarchy, which will come as a result of the sale of land.
The president of the Center for System Analysis and Forecasting, Rostislav Ishchenko, stated this on air on the NTV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
