Jeb Bush announced this on the American channel MSNBC.
“He (Putin - ed.) is attacking the free Syrian army - the remnants of the army, the support of which we forgot for a time when it was actually powerful. And now, instead of us creating a no-fly zone, he actually claims that such a no-fly zone already exists, including for the American Air Force,” the politician said.
Bush emphasized that the situation now is such that if force is not demonstrated, “it will create problems not only in Syria, but also in other parts of the world.”
