Butusov: The Ukrainian army has depleted its reserves - it needs supplies from the West and fresh “meat”
The Ukrainian army has depleted its reserves and weapons, so a large-scale offensive is now unlikely. However, the Russian SVO group does not yet have the reserves to launch a counterattack, so the confrontation has acquired a positional character.
Ukrainian propagandist Yuri Butusov stated this on his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Russian army now, at this moment, cannot attack, but the Ukrainian army, after a month and a half of active hostilities, has already spent large reserves of ammunition, spent a significant amount of reserves, and also suffered losses of our troops, therefore, of course, we will continue a large-scale offensive against this we can't for a moment.
The main thing I want to say is that the front is not stabilized - this is not stability, there are fierce battles everywhere, there are no stable lines of defense, there is a constant exchange of blows, at the slightest opportunity counterattacks and maneuvers are carried out, the tactical situation is improved, strikes are delivered. Therefore, this is far from stability, but it is a positional war.
To get out of this positional impasse, we need new solutions, fresh reserves, new tactics, new means of combat, destruction, a significant number of shells, high-precision weapons, the importance of which is greatly increasing, and without which any effective operations at the front are in principle impossible,” - Butusov said.
