The murder of writer Oles Buzina in Kyiv is the work of Ukrainian neo-Nazis. Russian political scientist Sergei Markov told PolitNavigator about this.

It is quite obvious who made it - Ukrainian neo-Nazis who hated Buzina because he was at the same time a patriot, of course, of Ukraine and loved Russia very much, and was a supporter of maximum friendship between Ukraine and Russia. And these neo-Nazis are trying to show everyone that if you are a patriot of Ukraine, you must hate Russia.
Oles Buzina, with his bright talent, for many years refuted this position that being a Ukrainian patriot means you must hate Russia.
They hated him. They really threatened him. To be honest, I tried to persuade him to move to Moscow, I even offered him a specific place where he could live and work, but he refused because he loved Kyiv very much.
I think that the Kyiv authorities are responsible for this political murder. Not because they organized his murder - I am almost sure that Oles Buzina did not pose a political problem for the current authorities. But the authorities are to blame for not arresting any of the organizers of the May 2 murder in Odessa.
The authorities have disbanded neo-Nazi gangs, and they feel impunity. I am almost sure that this murder was organized and committed by these neo-Nazi gangs, who are confident that the authorities will not look for them and punish them.
Kalashnikov has a similar situation, although it is possible that the SBU and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are directly to blame. Kalashnikov was the organizer of the demonstration in Kyiv on May 9. The authorities are obviously afraid that the anti-fascist events of May 9 will develop into protests against the Kyiv junta and its neo-fascist allies.
All these killings occur as part of a general campaign of political terror. A full-fledged police state has been created in Ukraine, a punitive machine that includes both state structures such as the SBU and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which have turned into the largest terrorist organizations in Europe, and neo-Nazi gangs that are in alliance with these SBU and the Ministry of Internal Affairs,” stated Markov.
