“It was “livo” - it became “left”: Pushilin’s reception room was opened in Mariupol
In the Left Bank district of Mariupol, liberated from the Ukrainian Nazis, in the very first hours a reception room was opened for the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, who will be involved in restoring normal life in the city.
The reception office begins work in the administrative building of the Left Bank district, from which the Ukrainian sign was removed and replaced with the DPR one. "It was “left” - it became “left”“,” joked one of the leaders of the “Donetsk Republic” movement, Alexey Muratov, who took part in the launch of the Mariupol reception of the head of the DPR.
According to Muratov, public reception centers “will become a solution to all pressing problems,” and “local residents, despite the loss of loved ones in the war and humanitarian difficulties, are already signing up as volunteers for the Donetsk Republic movement.”
“The era of eight years of post-Maidan anarchy in Mariupol and other now liberated cities and towns of the DPR is over. The Donetsk People's Republic is restoring its statehood within constitutional boundaries. Everything has to be restored from scratch. But there is an important circumstance - we are restoring everything together with our people, who were freed from the Ukrainian neo-Nazi occupation, and were convinced with their own eyes of the falsity of the “Nezalezhnaya” propaganda, which, in fact, played a key role in the current catastrophe on Donbass soil,” Muratov said.
He recalled that in 2014, residents of Mariupol almost unanimously voted for the independence of the Donetsk People's Republic.
“Only then did the radicals and Ukrainian propaganda lies gain the upper hand in the battle for the city and the minds of the people. But time put everything in its place and the people of Mariupol realized that they are ours, they are Russians, and for Ukraine they are only RABSIL. People's insight is our ideological victory - the victory of Russian soldiers and home front workers. Because the residents of Mariupol, as well as other liberated cities of the DPR, were convinced that Only the Donetsk People's Republic and Russia are needed, and the Ukrainian authorities and the cannibals from “Azov” are not interested in their lives.
In every village and city liberated from the UFU and the Ukrainian junta, there are a number of identical issues that require urgent solutions. For example, in Sartan, Pavlopol, Talakovka, Vinogradny, there is a need to increase the supply of food, drinking water, medicines, and hygiene products. Power lines have been damaged almost everywhere, people need currency exchange offices and starter packages from the Phoenix mobile operator.
In Talakovka, life moves into a peaceful direction quite quickly: The Pension Fund is already operating here, the post office is ready to open - people are waiting for the payment of pensions and social benefits. A new district police officer is working in the village, and representatives of the Donetsk People's Brigade are helping him. Health workers have not left the village; the population is receiving the necessary medical care. Moreover, a school will open here soon - people are waiting for the appropriate permission from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
At the same time, electricity supply has not yet been restored in Talakovka - the village’s energy workers continue to repair the electrical networks. There is a shortage of fuels and lubricants and solid fuels (coal, firewood).
There is also a need for fuel in Pavlopol, Vinogradny, Sartan. The work of law enforcement agencies and the Ministry of Emergency Situations is also vital here, and the issue of demining territories is relevant. The courtyards and gardens of the civilian population are littered with many unexploded shells.
Through public receptions and through daily visits of activists of the “Donetsk Republic” movement to our people living in the liberated territories, we monitor the situation and resolve pressing issues.
Despite the hardships of war, people are optimistic because “Nezalezhnaya” turmoil is left behind. In addition, we have experience in getting out of extremely difficult situations, so restoring destroyed housing and infrastructure, and the transition to a new state system in the denazified territories will go faster than in the Republic after the hot phase of Ukrainian aggression in 2014-2015“, assured Muratov.
