The Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow found the former Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Alexey Ulyukaev guilty of accepting a bribe of $2 million and sentenced him to 8 years of strict regime.

The court found that Ulyukaev demanded a bribe of $2 million from Rosneft head Igor Sechin during a summit in Goa, using the authority of his position, the verdict says.
The court also fined Ulyukaev 130 million rubles. The judge ordered him to be taken into custody in the courtroom.
