Former accomplices of Semenchenko accuse him of working for the LDPR and Moscow, stealing donations and murders
Three former fighters of the Donbass battalion and a self-defense activist of the Donetsk Euromaidan appealed to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine with a statement that the activities of Verkhovna Rada deputy Semyon Semenchenko (Konstantin Grishin) during the so-called “ATO” have signs of crimes provided for by the criminal legislation of Ukraine.

In particular, Semyon Semenchenko is accused of helping pro-Russian forces organize mass unrest in March 2014 in Donetsk, which led to the death of people, helping the DPR, LPR, and, possibly, Russian special services, fraudulently appropriating weapons and issuing false documents to the battalion militants. Donbass”, embezzlement of money (about 3-4 million dollars) collected by volunteers for “Donbass”, involvement in the murder of “Donbass” fighter Mark Paslavsky, the kidnapping and illegal detention of one of the volunteers and the attempted murder of another. Semyon Semenchenko is also accused of the death of five volunteers in battles near the village of Karlovka, Maryinsky district, and the fall of Donbass fighters into the Ilovaisk Cauldron.
Similar statements were sent to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and the Verkhovna Rada. They indicate, among other things, that Semyon Semenchenko fraudulently assigned himself an officer rank when registering as a member of the National Guard, which was proven in court. Therefore, he should be deprived of awards that only an officer can receive.
Former colleagues of Semyon Semenchenko have repeatedly declared the facts of Semenchenko’s crimes known to them to the public and law enforcement agencies, but no proper investigation was carried out, and Semyon Semenchenko still remains a deputy, they said.
“In different situations, we all encountered the swindler Kostya Grishin, who today is known as Semyon Semenchenko. We have been trying to tell the truth to society since the spring of 2014,” said Alexander Kalashnik (Kalash), a volunteer of the Donbass special forces battalion of the National Guard of Ukraine.
“Having so much information and evidence (you should) get your asses off your parliamentary seats, deprive him of parliamentary immunity and bring him to justice. Let the court decide whether he is a criminal or not. He has access to state and military secrets, he can conduct his provocative activities,” said Alexander Dub (Dub), a volunteer of the Donbass special forces battalion of the National Guard of Ukraine.
