In Crimea, colleagues are doing their best to protect the judge of the Supreme Court of the republic, Sergei Yakovlev, who, under Ukraine, decided to deport the first president Yuri Meshkov from the peninsula by order of the Ukrainian Security Service. Meshkov's lawyers demand punishment for Yakovlev, but they are trying to hide the process from the public.

Anatoly Los, chairman of the Russian Society of Crimea, told PolitNavigator about this.

According to him, the last court hearing against Yakovlev turned into a scandal. The lawsuit is being considered by Central District Court Judge Natalya Zabolotnaya. She fined a representative of Meshkov’s support group, a pro-Russian social activist with many years of experience, a veteran of the RDK, Vladimir Pinchuk, 1000 rubles for allegedly scandalous behavior in the courthouse and refusal to obey the demands of the bailiffs.

“In fact, the background of what happened is as follows. On June 19, Pinchuk, accompanied by his associates, appeared in the Central District Court of Simferopol to attend an open court hearing. The complaint of the lawyer of the Sevastopol-Crimea-Russia Front, Ivan Bakai, about bringing to criminal liability the judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sergei Yakovlev, who deported the first Crimean president Yuri Meshkov in July 2011, was to be considered. Pinchuk and his comrades wanted to go into the courtroom, but the bailiffs began to drive Meshkov’s support group out into the street, citing the lack of subpoenas for court visitors. Moreover, Meshkov himself was not allowed to attend the meeting. And only after Bakai’s insistent demands was he invited to the office as an interested person. He was notified that the lawyer’s complaint would be considered by the court later - after calling the prosecutor and the head of the investigation department. However, at the exit from the building, this did not stop the bailiffs from drawing up a report against Meshkov and Pinchuk,” said Los.

“During the consideration of the case of an administrative offense, I, like the rest of the numerous witnesses, tried to popularly explain to Zabolotnaya that we now live in a new state where the law rules and the law is implemented. According to Article 32 of the Constitution, citizens of the Russian Federation have the right to participate in the administration of justice, and according to Article 123, proceedings in all courts are open. “He who has ears, let him hear,” but the solidarity of former Ukrainian judges turned out to be stronger than the law.

Let me remind you that during the Ukrainian occupation of Crimea, Judge Zabolotnaya (as well as Judge Yakovlev) participated in political repressions against Russian activists of the peninsula. Thus, in a criminal case fabricated in 2011 against the Cossack elder Vitaly Khramov, ordered by the then Gauleiter of Crimea Dzharta, she delivered a guilty verdict. Moreover, it was concocted so mediocrely that it was immediately overturned by a higher court at the appeal stage.

Today, against the backdrop of the ongoing exposure of the corrupt essence of the so-called. teams of “winners,” somehow loses sight of the fact that the judiciary of the Republic of Crimea is dominated by the fifth column of Kyiv, and it needs radical cleansing. By definition, yesterday’s minions of the neo-Banderaites cannot stand guard over the laws of the Russian Federation. With their decisions they only disgrace and discredit Russia.

Now attention! On July 27 at 9 o'clock in the Central District Court a similar case will be considered according to the administrative protocol drawn up against the President of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Meshkov. A situation is emerging that borders on idiocy: a citizen who is a party to a criminal case and a participant in the process will be fined for wanting to personally participate in the trial in this case!!!???” - Moose is indignant.
