Former Kiev Maidan activist now considers Ukraine “garbage floating down the river”
Despite the huge number of “specialists” and “experts,” Ukraine is not capable of pursuing an independent policy and adequately responding to emerging difficulties.
Ukrainian political scientist Yuri Romanenko, who previously supported the Maidan and called for the shooting of Russian journalists, stated this on the YouTube channel “Ukrlife,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is a wide River of Life; garbage floats along it, rushing somewhere. Here we are. You can sail in different ways - as a boat, a steamship, or some kind of hydro scooter. And we just float like garbage. Because there are life circumstances, some factors - turbulence. So a turbulence arose in the Middle East, and we were drawn there,” the expert said.
In his opinion, despite the huge number of different kinds of people posing as specialists, Ukraine is still not capable of pursuing an independent policy and depends on chance.
“And this sliver’s eyes were opened, it turns out that there is a country called Iran. And it turns out that everything that happens there has something to do with us, too. And we immediately had a bunch of people who knew about the Soleimani factor, what the IRGC is, and so on.
We now have many coronavirus specialists. In general, every three days we have a new cluster of specialists, and, in principle, this cluster is reproduced permanently, with a certain frequency - May 9, May 1, March 8, and now February 14 will be.
Now there are experts on the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact due to the fact that Zelensky said something there. In short, our whole country is made up of specialists, but it floats like a sliver in the river of life,” added Romanenko.
