Former Crimean and ex-commander of the punitive battalion was wounded
The ex-commander of the punitive National Battalion "Crimea", formed by the extremist Majlis, was wounded during clashes in the eastern direction.
Stanislav Krasnov promises to return so that Crimea and Donbass are not captured without his participation, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We advanced as far as the order was received, provided a stronghold for the further advance of other forces and another link in the encirclement of the occupying Moscow forces.
I am very proud of my group, which all these days, in difficult offensive conditions, continues to successfully fulfill its combat mission. “I am proud of my company and battalion, which are moving forward right now, all these days, without stopping or resting,” Krasnov wrote in his Telegram channel. –
“I am very grateful to our combat medics for their professional work and desperate, risky evacuation, and I am especially grateful to our group’s combat medic Lev, who himself, with a penetrating shrapnel wound to the head, provided first aid to me.”
Krasnov once worked in the Kiev regional department of the city administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Simferopol. Even before the coup, he moved to Kyiv and was accused of spying for Russia.
After several months in the SBU pre-trial detention center, he was released and surfaced in the Donbass in the war zone, where he headed the Crimean Tatar National Battalion “Crimea”. Later he defected to the Azov militants.
