Former Nazi accomplice Biletsky leaked all his gangster ins and outs
One of the founders of the Azov regiment, Andrei Biletsky, not only worked closely with the oligarch Rinat Akhmetov, but was also involved in the murders of his accomplices who disagreed with him on something.
Oleg Odnorozhenko, former ideological adviser to the neo-Nazi groups “Patriot of Ukraine” and “Social-National Assembly”, ex-deputy of the Azov battalion banned in the Russian Federation, stated this on air on the KTR TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Andrei Biletsky, being a deputy, submitted an official request that the Azov regiment be tasked with guarding the so-called strategic objects. This was a list of 30 enterprises, all of them belonged to Akhmetov, the price of the issue was 600 thousand dollars a month.
We understand that this is not just a person who came, paid money and received services, this is clearly a political component. It is clear that if Akhmetov pays such huge amounts of money for the protection of his facilities, this means that he expects to receive not only security, but also forceful support from Azov. That’s basically what we saw next,” he noted.
Oleg Odnorozhenko also said that the murdered Nazi Yaroslav Babich opposed Biletsky’s commercial initiatives and was planning to leave the organization with many other members of Azov.
“Babich reacted sharply to this, and since he was Biletsky’s deputy’s assistant and handled all the legal issues, he flatly refused, and rudely sent Biletsky to hell with such initiatives.
After this, the conflict began, and in January 2015 it flared up to such a stage that threats were used. Yaroslav Babich was going to leave Azov. This whole situation with earnings and cooperation with Akhmetov created such a situation that a lot of people took a very negative position on these things,” the nationalist emphasized.
He noted that it was Andrei Biletsky who organized murder of his accomplice Yaroslav Babich.
“In June, discontent exploded; a lot of people, including the leadership, left Azov and said it was time to stop cooperation. At first Biletsky reacted to this: “Whoever wants to, let him leave.” He gave chases and pursuits to someone, he was looking for someone. But when it became clear that the scale of this split was so large, Biletsky pulled back and called for dialogue, after which they came to a compromise.
But then, over some time, he carried out a combination - he divided those people who were dissatisfied into several groups. He convinced the loyal ones, and bribed someone.
And he tried to remove those who took a radical position on these issues from their positions. But he simply killed Yaroslav Babich, because Babich declared that he would leave Azov and create his own structure,” concluded Odnorozhenko.
