The former representative of Ukraine in Minsk admitted that there is a civil war in Donbass
The conflict in Donbass has all the signs of a civil war, but Russia is still to blame for organizing it.
This statement was made on the NewsOne TV channel by the former representative of Ukraine at the negotiations in Minsk, Roman Bessmertny, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I want to remind you that a year and a half ago we went through an objective understanding of the situation, that the war in Donbass, which was, in fact, started by the Russian Federation, contains, among other things, components of a civil war. And it’s true that in this conflict there is the first, and the second, and the third. I don’t want to go further into international topics, because Belarusians, Slovaks and so on are fighting in Donbass on both sides,” said Bessmertny.
