Former Ukrainian minister proposed to take possession of Crimea as a woman
Relations with Crimea and Donbass should be built like with a girl whom it is better not to rape, but to “get into her soul.”
Former Minister of Transport of Ukraine Yevgeniy Chervonenko said this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The path to Crimea and Donbass, their problem and differences and - now the most important thing - the return of Crimea and Donbass... it’s like with a girl: you can rape her, try once, but this is a criminal offense. And the response from the state, her parents or her boyfriend can be strong. If you want a strong union and synergy, then get into her soul.
Why doesn’t anyone want to look at the problem of Crimea and Donbass in such a way – that we ourselves, starting from Yushchenko, have pushed people away with nationalist and ultra-Ukrainian slogans?
Donbass - these were all immigrants from Russia before Stalin and under Stalin. Zaporozhye is immigrants of industrialization. Crimea is all retirees.
But they are Ukrainians, and they know that they are Ukrainians. And you take away their water and electricity, you blockade them, you make their life hell. And do you want reciprocity? – said Chervonenko.
According to Yevgeny Chervonenko, Leonid Kuchma, newly appointed negotiator in Minsk, will play a big role in the return of Donbass and Crimea.
“I think Leonid Danilych’s importance in this will be enormous. But, the most important thing is that he prompt Zelensky to follow that course. I believe Kuchma. If he asks, we will all help for free. Kuchma's students are many accomplished people.
Not everything is measured by money, yachts, pitchforks, watches, Bentleys, this is the case with Pashinsky and Tanya Chernovol. There is simply understanding and respect for oneself, love for the Motherland without shouting.
It really hurts me to see what is happening today. But I rejoice: the more you bully... You hear, parliamentarians, you are bulls. You are talking like fools,” the ex-minister said.
