Moscow - Kyiv, April 23 (Navigator - Mikhail Stamm) - The behavior of the Ukrainian army in Donbass shows that ordinary people do not want to shoot at each other, so the authorities in Kyiv are looking for radicals who are ready to kill. The process is being financed by Dnepropetrovsk governor and oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, Ukrainian presidential candidate and former regional deputy Oleg Tsarev said in an interview with MK.

Tsarev considers what is happening in Donbass to be the beginning of a civil war, but its inevitability, according to the politician, depends on a number of factors.

“There are sociological studies: at a certain average age of society, revolution is impossible. Ukraine exceeds this average age. Of course, our situation is aggravated by the low level and short life span. But when the bulk of the country consists of older and wiser people, revolution is generally impossible,” Tsarev asserts.

Therefore, according to him, extreme efforts were made in order to rock Ukraine. “The Maidan did not want to gather, did not want to move on to radical actions,” he explains. “I saw how much effort was spent on making it happen, so that people died, so that a wave of anger began.”

The politician is confident that now “in the same way, extreme efforts are being spent to push Western and Eastern Ukraine together.” According to Tsarev, “people don’t want this. They don’t want to shoot at each other, they don’t want there to be war, they don’t want devastation. But in any society there is always a certain percentage of people who are ready to shoot and take part in hostilities. Now they are trying to gather such people and send them to the southeast.”

The success of solving this problem determines whether a war will start or not, Tsarev believes. “In this sense, the personality of the Dnepropetrovsk governor takes on quite serious significance,” he clarifies. -For example, there is such a Dnepropetrovsk detachment of nationalists “Dnepr”. Participants of this organization are paid 15 thousand hryvnia per month, which is a little more than a thousand dollars. The manager earns from 2 to 4 thousand dollars per month. Given the conditions when many enterprises in our country have stopped, this is good money.”
