Crimea will remain a pro-government region for a long time, because people there compare the situation in Russia and Ukraine.

This opinion was expressed by politician Oleg Tsarev on the “Reaction” program on TV Day.

“Of course, all those who attended the referendum will vote for the party in power. Crimea will vote for Putin and for “United Russia”, like Chechnya, for quite a long time for the reason that people compare. Russians in other regions cannot compare, and they have more complaints,” Tsarev said.

He believes that Russians exaggerate when they talk about the economic crisis in the country.

“You are saying here that you have a crisis, but we didn’t have that much money in the country when there was no crisis,” Tsarev said.
