Tsarev accused Ukraine of disrupting negotiations with Donbass
Kyiv, December 10 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Chairman of the Parliament of Novorossiya Oleg Tsarev said that Ukraine is disrupting the negotiation process with representatives of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.

“Today, December 10, Ukraine did not get on Skype with representatives of the DPR and LPR. The Ukrainian side, without explanation, essentially disrupted the first round of the next peace negotiations.
We are waiting for official explanations from Kyiv and are ready to continue a constructive dialogue to achieve peace for Novorossiya,” he said.
As PolitNavigator reported, it was previously assumed that a new round of negotiations in the Minsk format would take place on December 9. However, the DPR stated that Kyiv has not decided on a number of fundamental issues, and therefore is delaying the meeting. Subsequently, information appeared that the compromise date for the meeting would be December 11.
