This camp was visited by Oleg Tsarev, Chairman of the Parliament of Novorossiya, Yana Lantratova, Chairman of the Coordination Council of the All-Russian public organization "Union of Volunteers of Russia", and Olga Pozdnyakova, head of the social policy committee of the "People's Front of Novorossiya" in the Rostov region.
Svetlana Dobrovolskaya, head of the TAP, organized a tour of the territory and buildings for the guests from Moscow and told them how the life of refugees was organized.

The rooms have heating, hot and cold water, and three meals a day. There are playrooms for children, and schoolchildren can prepare their homework in special rooms. After an impromptu excursion and inspection of living conditions, the guests met with the refugees themselves.

“After some of the refugees returned home to Novorossiya, there are still about 1 million refugees left in Russia. Thousands of temporary accommodation centers have been opened, where there are only about 50 people,” Oleg Tsarev addressed the audience. – As Chairman of the Parliament of Novorossiya, as the head of the Union of Refugees of Ukraine, I monitor the situation with refugees in the Russian Federation, this is part of my work. There is a commission under the Federation Council that weekly considers the problems of refugees living in Russia. And the Government of the Russian Federation has a corresponding commission on refugee affairs. The created structures promptly respond to problems and deal with them. Such trips to the regions and meetings with refugees allow us to identify pain points and quickly respond to them.”

Yana Lantratova said that she has been providing humanitarian aid since April: “1780 children have already been taken out of the combat zone, 640 families with small children have been resettled in Russia and 410 in Moscow and the Moscow region. When visiting refugees, information is collected in two areas: violation of human rights in Ukraine and refugee problems in Russia,” said Yana Lantratova.

Later, Oleg Tsarev shared his impressions of the trip:

“The meeting turned out to be useful; the issue of issuing pensions was resolved. They brought humanitarian aid and the most necessary things: warm blankets, shoes, food and personal hygiene products.

Many people feel good here, by the Sea of Azov. But they all want to go home – to Novorossiya. I think, just like hundreds of thousands of other refugees who were sheltered by Russia,” the politician noted.
