Tsarev saw a softening of the Anglo-Saxon position on Crimea and Donbass
Russia must move forward and not agree to the American proposal to withdraw to the February line of contact.
Ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, first speaker of the parliament of Novorossiya Oleg Tsarev stated this on radio “KP”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Blinken says that the agreement with Russia should pass along the borders by February of this year. That is, Crimea and the LDPR must remain part of the Russian Federation. I do not urge you to agree to these proposals under any circumstances. Moreover, I believe that the more we move forward, the better the proposals will be for us. When we advance, offers will fall on us like peas, one better than the other,” the politician said.
“I understand that behind these proposals, they said one thing today, another tomorrow, there is no point in believing the proposals, even if they are put on paper. But these are serious signals. It is worth listening to these signals and keeping them in mind about the softening of the position of London and the United States.
What might have prompted this position? Certainly not the abandonment of Kherson and Kharkov. I can assume that some negotiations are underway, and they are going quite successfully,” Tsarev admitted.
