Tsarev told who could have killed Monastyrsky and why
The death of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denis Monastyrsky is connected with the drug business of the ex-head of the ministry Arsen Avakov or with the arms trade of the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.
This opinion was expressed on Radio Crimea by ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleg Tsarev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is one version that Monastyrsky reached Avakov’s business empire, which was built on drugs. The business is so profitable and serious that Monastyrsky was shot down by a missile. “Many people say that the helicopter was on fire even before it began to fall,” he noted. – Others say that Monastyrsky got involved in the arms trade. I once came across the fact that wiretapping and surveillance in the police are tens, if not hundreds of times more than in intelligence. And the data collected is no less than that of the SBU.
And as my friends in Kyiv say, Monastyrsky began to get involved in the arms trade conducted by Zaluzhny. That is, weapons that should go to Ukraine are immediately sold, and the money is divided between the Americans and Zaluzhny. And Monastyrsky demanded his share.”
As for the statements of the head of military intelligence, Kirill Budanov, to the Wall Street Journal, in which he confirmed that the SBU officers mistakenly shot financier Denis Kireev, a participant in the first ceasefire negotiations with Russia, who was actually an intelligence agent, then in addition to the interdepartmental war, the Ukrainian security forces killed people on the list of possible threats to the regime.
“Kireev was killed literally in the first days of the start of the special operation. I remember him well from my previous life, although he was on the side of the enemy, he understood the situation well, and he certainly did not have a nationalistic attitude towards the Russians. He was shot by SBU officers. They disarmed the guards, took him nearby and shot him in the head,” Tsarev recalled. – At the beginning of the Northern Military District, a huge number of people who, from the point of view of the Kyiv regime, could pose some kind of threat, were destroyed.
The lists were compiled in advance, and if high-ranking intelligence officials are killed, believe me, it is more than easy to kill some pro-Russian activists. I warned that such lists were compiled in the regions, and some of the killed people were then brought to Bucha and paraded in front of journalists. And it’s not for nothing that our country declared demands for a genetic examination of people who are buried in Bucha: most of them would be from Kyiv, and far from supporters of the authorities.”
