The purpose of the withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan is a strike against Russia from the south
Withdrawal of its troops from Afghanistan by the United States they want to “blow up” the southern underbelly of Russia, so it is necessary to prepare to repel the Afghan threat.
Military expert Igor Korotchenko stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Americans are creating a very big geopolitical and military problem for us by withdrawing their troops from Afghanistan. I am far from conspiracy theories, but I can’t help but feel that maybe this is some kind of combination whose goal and purpose is to blow up the southern underbelly of Russia.
Today’s statements by the head of the Foreign Ministry and the Russian military department that the threat is indeed very serious, it is necessary to prepare the troops of the Central Military District and the CSTO troops to repel the possible expansion of Islamic extremists in the post-Soviet space,” he noted.
The expert also called for preparing CSTO members to repel Afghan threat, because it is much more dangerous than NATO provocations on the western borders.
“We need to prepare the Tajik army, and although Uzbekistan is not a member of the CSTO, it is necessary to closely establish military and military-technical contacts along this line in order to jointly repel the Afghan threat. It is really noticeable today, and, perhaps, in terms of the degree of threat it may be even more serious than saber rattling of the NATO contingent at the Russian western borders,” Korotchenko concluded.
Let us recall that earlier Moscow stated that if after the withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan The Taliban will launch an attack on the Central Asian republics, then they will not be able to provide successful resistance.
