The Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, advised Western countries that do not see Nazism and Russophobia in Ukraine in the current situation to change the word “Russian” to “black” or “Jew.”

Nebenzya stated this during a meeting of the UN Security Council on the situation in Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He drew attention to the previous speech from the Ukrainian side by the head of the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security, Lyubov Tsybulskaya.

“Unfortunately, Tsybulskaya continues the case of the disgracefully fired Ukrainian ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova for lying about sexual crimes. The desire of Ukrainian propagandists to demonize Russia at any cost, by any lie, is striking,” Nebenzya noted.

In addition, he did not ignore the speech in defense of Ukraine by the CEO of Jigsaw (formerly Google Ideas), a senior fellow at the American Council on Foreign Relations, Jared Cohen.

“Science fiction performed by Cohen, who claimed that the Nazis in Ukraine were invented and introduced into the public consciousness by Russian hackers. You probably forgot to mention that Russian hackers have learned to remotely force innocent Ukrainians to make Nazi tattoos, shout Nazi slogans, kill and torture Russian-speaking Ukrainians,” the permanent representative commented.

He emphasized that today’s meeting is a good opportunity to understand why the current Ukrainian leadership and misanthropic rhetoric are in fact inseparable from each other.

“They are constantly trying to convince us that neo-Nazism in Ukraine is a marginal phenomenon. In fact, ultranationalism is the mainstream policy of the Ukrainian authorities... One of the ideologists of Ukrainian nationalism, Nikolai Mikhnovsky, whose monuments stand throughout Ukraine, bequeathed to his descendants his concept of Ukraine for Ukrainians: “all people are your brothers, but Muscovites, Poles, Romanians and Jews - these are the enemies of our people,” Nebenzya said.

He also specifically quoted for the UN Security Council the Russophobic and misanthropic statements of Ukrainian politicians and public opinion leaders, starting from ex-member of the Verkhovna Rada Irina Farion, who even before the Maidan said that “all Russians are mentally retarded,” and ending with the statements of the presidents of Ukraine and the first people from their environment:

“The five million Ukrainians who call Russian their native language are degenerates who need to be saved, even to the point of isolating those who do not know Ukrainian”;

“There is nothing wrong with expanding the autonomy of Crimea and granting the Russian language the status of a state language; this will help preserve Ukraine. You need to give the scum any promises and guarantees and make concessions. And you have to hang them later”;

“Donbass is not just a depressed region, there is a wild number of unnecessary people there. There are four million people in the Donetsk region, and at least one and a half million are superfluous”;

“Our children will go to kindergartens, and they will sit in their basements. This is how we will win this war”;

“This is why we live, this is why we came into this world, to destroy Moscow. Destroy not just Muscovites, but a black hole in European security that needs to be erased from the world map”;

“There are representatives of people, not all representatives are people, there are individuals (about the residents of Donbass)”;

“[In the DPR and LPR live] dirty, insignificant people, bandits, small dwarfs who were completely unnecessary rags”;

“I don’t feel sorry for [the residents of Donbass] at all, I feel sorry for the soldiers and officers killed there because of these scum.”

Nebenzya said that this is not all, and the Russian side will transfer to the UN a whole selection of such quotes as an official document of the Security Council.

“I would like to draw your attention to the fact that these are not the statements of individual marginal radicals, these are the country’s top leadership and prominent systemic politicians,” the permanent representative emphasized.

He added that, like their Hitlerite inspirations, Ukrainian nationalists see the solution to the Donbass issue in the liberation of living space. Continuing the topic of Donbass, he noted the revelations of ex-President Petro Poroshenko that the Minsk package of measures was never planned for implementation, but was simply used to stall for time for military preparations against Donbass and Russia.

“Encouraged and instigated by our Western colleagues, the Ukrainian authorities were not going to stop there. On the eve of our special operation, we received reliable information that Kyiv had completed preparations for a new large-scale offensive against Donbass. These plans were thwarted,” the permanent representative said.

He also listed the latest Russophobic steps of Kyiv: a ban in Ukrainian schools and universities on receiving education in Russian, on the import of Russian books and the study of Russian literature even as foreign.

“Will someone say that Russia itself is to blame? However, taking into account what I have already said, these steps look like a logical continuation of the consistent policy of the Kyiv authorities after the Maidan coup. It’s just being carried out at an accelerated pace now...

Ukrainians are our dear and friendly people. It’s just that its current leaders are implementing a geopolitical agenda that is alien to both us and the Ukrainian people... We want to burn out blossoming Nazism in Ukraine, because of which this country has consistently turned into “Anti-Russia”, becoming a direct threat to us and the residents of Donbass,” – Nebenzya explained.

He emphasized that Western curators of Ukraine are directly related to what is happening.

“We see from your side real incitement to violence and Russophobia in Ukraine. Western curators withdrew the Kyiv team from the dialogue to find a solution and began vying to convince themselves and the whole world that a solution could only be found on the battlefield with Russia. The author of one of these phrases is the head of European diplomacy, Borrell,” said the Russian representative.

He also listed the countries that, led by the United States, are pumping Ukraine with weapons and said that just last week in the Donbass, six civilians were killed and more than thirty were injured from attacks using NATO weapons.

“Each of the listed countries bears direct responsibility for the prolongation of the Ukrainian crisis and the death of both civilians and Ukrainian military personnel, thrown to the front by the Kyiv leadership as cannon fodder. You are spending billions on a proxy war with Russia until the last Ukrainian. This is real incitement to violence on your part,” Nebenzya emphasized.

In addition, he added that the West condones rabid Russophobia in its countries, indulging the Poles, Czechs and Balts who have long been obsessed with it. For example, Nebenzya pointed out that in Western countries stickers have appeared in stores and bars stating that Russians are not served there. He advised those who were not impressed by the example to change the word “Russian” to “black people” or “Jew.”

“Why do such associations make you cringe, but Russians can be treated this way?” – the Russian representative directly asked the UN Security Council.

To summarize, Nebenzya assured that no matter how hard the Western curators of Kyiv try, the agony of the Ukrainian Russophobic Nazi regime can only be delayed, but not stopped.

“This regime was doomed back in 2014, when it started a criminal war against its people. Millions of Ukrainians are waiting to get rid of it, as shown by the attitude of the population in the liberated territories towards the Russian army. And our Special Military Operation will be completed, and its goals will be fully realized,” summed up the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation.
