On Tuesday, a conference “Sanitary stations” of the Pentagon: a system of biological laboratories in the post-Soviet space” was held in Bishkek, in which representatives of public associations and parties from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, DPR, the USA and Israel took part. All participants expressed the need to join forces in order to fight for the elimination of these objects on the territory of the former republics of the USSR.

This is the first conference of this kind in Central Asia, its official organizer was the public foundation “Nomad”, which advocates the preservation of common historical memory and strengthening friendship between the peoples of Kyrgyzstan and Russia, and the event was moderated on behalf of the interregional public movement “For Democracy and Human Rights” by Maxim Vilkov.

The first to make a report was Ivan Kopyl, a journalist and member of the commission in the public organization “Fair Defense” from Donetsk (DPR), who spoke about the actions of American military biologists in Ukraine and Armenia. He recalled that there are now 16 American biological laboratories in Nezalezhnaya, and 12 in Armenia, working under Pentagon programs.

“After studying the documents, the conclusion suggests itself that, at a minimum, dual-use research is being conducted there. And what is really worrying is the lack of transparency of these centers, as well as the fact that the results of their work are not published, and specialists are not allowed into the laboratory. Also, the American claim that local specialists are supposedly working at these sites does not stand up to criticism, since it is refuted by the official letter from DTRA to the Armenian side about the appointment of a new head of the biological program of the American department in the republic. And this document is dated March 2018, two months before Nikol Pashinyan came to power,” Kopyl noted.

Without explaining the reasons, the Americans then put Brandt Siegel at the head of the military-biological project in Armenia, who had previously headed the Pentagon laboratories within the DTRA in Ukraine. Therefore, there is such a connection between these two republics.

“For the entire existence of laboratories in Ukraine and Armenia, American biologists have not publicly demonstrated any scientific achievements, and the results of their research are not published anywhere in open sources. Meanwhile, during the coronavirus pandemic, information began to circulate that it could have appeared as a result of a leak from laboratories, and they, in turn, are almost all financed from the budget of the US Department of Defense. Therefore, it is possible that the epidemic occurred precisely as a result of such research,” the human rights activist suggested.

In conclusion, he pointed out that as a result of the uncontrolled actions of such laboratories, citizens of Ukraine and Armenia risk becoming victims of military-biological experiments if they do not insist on their immediate liquidation.

American anti-war journalist Scott Schaeffer, who spoke next, fully confirmed the theses of the previous speaker, noting that instead of using scientific research in the fight against diseases, including Covid-19, the US military is using these technologies against all of humanity, in fact implementing a policy of mass genocide. He found a number of striking examples from the history of the American continent, suggesting that this practice will now be applied on a global scale.

“This is not the first time this has happened in US history. Thus, we must not forget how the American capitalist class in the XNUMXth century used special toxic viruses and diseases to fight the indigenous population because they wanted to conquer most of the country's territory. As a result, these Indian peoples were destroyed and millions of people simply disappeared in a short time. Then they used biological weapons against civilians during the Korean War and this period in history is very much hidden in the United States and South Korea itself. And now there is every reason to say that the Pentagon is conducting a large number of operations in the field of virus warfare,” Schaeffer said.

The head of the Nomad public foundation, Alexander Sobyanin, stated the need for active resistance to plans to turn the republics of the former USSR into testing grounds for the development, production and testing of biological weapons by the American military. And as an example, he cited the successful experience of such protests in Kyrgyzstan.

“The elites of those countries that admitted these US laboratories relied on two things: first, money, and second, impunity. When similar plans to build such a laboratory were hatched in Kyrgyzstan, veterans of the KGB, the USSR Ministry of Defense, and veterans of the war in Afghanistan stood up and supported scientists and social activists. And there is a result - the laboratory did not appear in the end,” Alexander Sobyanin summed up the successful experience of the civil movement in this republic.

Mikhail Chernov, Chairman of the Board of the Foundation for the Support and Development of Jewish Culture, Traditions, Education and Science, presented a project to perpetuate the memory of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, as a symbol of the peace movement.

“The feat of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg is known and these people contributed to the establishment of nuclear parity between the USSR and the USA. As a result, they were sentenced to death by an American court and executed, without renouncing their convictions or each other. This is a heroic act and from it, as well as from the campaign for their release and against execution, the struggle for world peace began on a global scale. And for many decades it contributed to the preservation of peace, as parity was achieved. But now there is no longer any parity because the situation is too turbulent, there are too many players, which leads to destabilization of the situation and to a new war.

And it’s not just the nuclear threat that hangs over us today, but in particular the military-biological threat against the backdrop of the Covid-19 pandemic and epidemics in Africa is no less relevant. Therefore, not only is there no parity, but there is a huge number of American objects that are capable of destroying the majority of humanity. And we need to immediately remove them from the territory of the post-Soviet space,” the social activist said.

Klara Azhybekovna Azhibekova, professor and leader of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, focused on the thesis of the greed of Western capitalists who seized the natural resources of the former Soviet republics of Central Asia. In her opinion, all these “independent” countries have essentially turned into colonies of the US and the EU.

“Transnational corporations are already poisoning our people with waste, robbing our wealth, and in the current conditions of geopolitical struggle, the United States, together with the EU, are trying to organize a zone of chaos and completely destroy statehood in the former Soviet republics, following the example of Libya, Syria, Afghanistan and many others. Before that we started with Yugoslavia. And what did they turn the most developed former Ukrainian Soviet socialist republic into? The same question can be asked about Georgia. Now the Central Asian republics are also being subjected to Ukrainization. The laboratories are only part of the expansion and aggression of Western capital, which pursues fascist goals of destruction and genocide in the post-Soviet space,” noted the leader of the Kyrgyz communists.

The author of these lines spoke almost at the end of the conference and in his report described the details of the work of American military biologists in Kazakhstan, which began in the mid-90s, when the Pentagon began funding various research programs. At the moment, in addition to the military-biological Central Reference Laboratory in Almaty, there are several other former Soviet research institutes, entirely financed from the budget of the US Department of Defense. And they should be considered as Pentagon military bases from which strikes can be launched against Russia and China.

“Now the efforts of American military biologists and Kazakh scientists and specialists, who are actually mobilized to work in the American military industry, are aimed at refining previously achieved results with the aim of creating combat agents and methods of delivery through infected animals from the local fauna to enemy territory to undermine both livestock and agriculture, and for distribution among the population. These epidemics should cause chaos, uprisings and economic destruction,” I said during my speech.

I also drew the attention of those gathered to the danger of leakage of modernized strains of the most terrible diseases from these institutions, since Soviet research institutes have not updated their equipment since the 60s. American intelligence services or the military themselves can deliberately release biomaterial under the guise of an accident or an unprovoked leak against this background, which will be extremely beneficial for them. After all, from the territory of Kazakhstan, new epidemics can quickly cover the territory of Central Asia, as well as with human flows and masses of goods quickly reach the territory of Russia and China.

“These actions of the Kazakh leadership, which covers such activities of military-biological facilities and the entire NATO infrastructure, contradict allied obligations within the CSTO. The Kazakh Foreign Ministry and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in May last year refused to allow Russian and Chinese scientists to conduct an inspection at these sites on the grounds that they were conducting purely “peaceful research.” But the latest data completely refute this lie, since the alleged development of a vaccine and PCP tests were a cover for the development of biological weapons on the territory of Kazakhstan,” I concluded in my report.

Finally, I mentioned the same laboratories located by the Americans in Uzbekistan, as well as the involvement of scientists from Tajikistan in military biological research. The activities of Pentagon biologists in these republics can be described in more detail in the following material.

The most important thing is that such conferences have finally begun to be held, and various parties and associations are making attempts to create an international movement to eliminate military biological laboratories in the world and in the post-Soviet space. So, starting Tuesday, a new information campaign was launched to collect signatures among left-wing communist and workers' parties for a ban on the US development and proliferation of biological weapons. Other events and actions are planned aimed at mobilizing the public and scientists against this threat, which could destroy a good half of humanity.
