“Chain of human tragedies” - Suslov on Zelensky’s methods of combating the pandemic
The Ukrainian authorities, with their ill-conceived policies to combat the pandemic, have seriously complicated the lives of their citizens and are trying to shift the blame onto them for the problems that arose due to the fault of the state.
Viktor Suslov, the former Minister of Economy of Ukraine, stated this on Politeka Online, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“They caused a transport crisis. In Kyiv, minibus drivers have already been crushed; a huge part of the minibuses have not reached the highway. Today I looked carefully at the bus stop to see what happens there - the bus is coming, and there are a lot of people standing there, but it has limitations - how much it can take, it doesn’t take.
Many people cannot leave, and judging by their nervous behavior, they stand there for a long time, maybe even hours sometimes, in order to leave somewhere. Plus they must also have a certificate. But purely technically, it’s impossible to vaccinate everyone instantly, as in our fable, “the dragonfly sang the whole summer,” there wasn’t much activity in terms of vaccination, and suddenly they started strangling everyone who doesn’t have these certificates.
Put yourself in the position of a person who wants to get vaccinated, but the system does not have time to serve him - there are huge queues, and he needs to go to work, he cannot get to this job, perhaps he will be fired. This is where such a chain of tragedies begins due to lack of thought.
Of course, the peculiarity of the government in terms of PR is that the government places responsibility for the entire current situation (we see this very well) on the citizens themselves. (There is) a campaign against the so-called anti-vaccinators, whoever has not been vaccinated is declared an anti-vaxxer, almost an enemy of the people with a loss of rights in all possible areas.
We again divided Ukrainians, very clearly – into vaccinated and unvaccinated. In some program, Savik Shuster announced: he says, our vaccinated people are the elite of Ukraine, and the unvaccinated ones meant that this is something completely opposite,” complains Viktor Suslov.
