Apparently, the residents of London's 10 Downing Street are not getting enough of the thrill of their already damaged relations with Russia, since inside the United Kingdom they have moved from accusations of cyber attacks and responsibility for the results of Brexit to the spinning of a new round of hysteria, very reminiscent of the Sabbath around the lethal “tea party with polonium” by defector Litvinenko.

On March 12, British Prime Minister Theresa May, speaking in parliament, made a sharp, virtually ultimatum statement, holding Russia responsible for the poisoning of double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter with a nerve agent in the English city of Salisbury, demanding that Russia immediately, by Tuesday evening , disclosure of the program for the production of chemical agents.

Apparently, the residents of London's 10 Downing Street don't have enough thrills in their already spoiled lives...

“It is now clear that Skripal and his daughter were poisoned with a military-grade nerve agent of exactly the type that Russia was developing. This is part of the development of a group of nerve agents called Novichok... It is known that Russia previously produced these substances and is still capable of producing them.”

"Given Russia's history of carrying out state-sanctioned executions and our understanding that Russia views some defectors as legitimate targets for such executions, the (UK) Government has concluded that it is highly likely that Russia is responsible for the actions against Sergei and Yulia Skripal."

According to the prime minister, there are only two versions of what happened in Salisbury on March 4 (when Skripal and his daughter were poisoned): “either it was a direct action of the Russian state against the United Kingdom, or the Russian leadership lost control of its potentially catastrophically destructive substances and allowed them to fall into the wrong hands.”

May also added that the head of the Foreign Office (and this is none other than the cheap clown Boris Johnson) called on Monday for explanations the Ambassador of the Russian Federation Alexander Yakovenko and demanded from him an answer to the question of which of these two versions took place, and explain how a Russian-made nerve agent was brought to Salisbury and how it was used against the Skripal father and daughter. According to her, the head of the Foreign Ministry demanded from the Russian Ambassador that Russia immediately and completely, before Tuesday morning, disclose the Novichok program for the production of chemical weapons.

May also recalled the “Litvinenko case” with obvious displeasure. Allegedly, the Russian leadership, instead of repenting of matters that were obvious to British investigators, began to deny state intervention and refused to extradite Russian citizens requested by British justice. The Prime Minister also recalled Britain’s participation in sanctions against Russia.

There is a lot of activity surrounding the Skripal poisoning. Scotland Yard is teasing and extorting testimony from disgraced Russian oligarchs; London plans to discuss the problem at the NATO level and is preparing its own “Magnitsky list.”

Non-brothers, in particular, the famous Nazi Igor Mosiychuk, joyfully anticipate that Russia is about to be declared a terrorist country with all the ensuing consequences...

Now to the point. The traitor and former GRU employee Skripal is a waste material long ago and is of no interest to the intelligence services. Once upon a time, in Spain, where a rotten military intelligence officer was engaged in small geshefts, sending wine to Russia, the British intelligence MI6 caught him in a “honey trap”. Simply put, she burned on a specially slipped woman. Later, working in the GRU personnel system, the scoundrel Skripal handed over dozens of personal files of Russian illegal immigrants to Western intelligence services, earning about 100 thousand pounds for this. In the end, Skripal was neutralized, exposed and fully admitted his guilt.

According to veterans of Soviet and Russian intelligence services, the damage caused to the country by Skripal is comparable to the activities of the notorious Penkovsky.

In 2006, by a court decision, Skripal was stripped of all titles and awards and sentenced to 13 years in prison in a maximum security colony. In 2010, President Medvedev pardoned the scoundrel and, together with three other traitors, he was exchanged for ten agents of the Russian special services, betrayed by the defector from the SVR Poteev. Britain insisted on Skripal's extradition.

As we see, by the time of the exchange, the Russian special services had a lot of time and opportunity to counteract Skripal quietly and hide the ends in the water, but for some reason they decided to scratch their left ear with their right hand over their knee in order to eliminate the scum far from home and certainly with a scandal. And not just to poison, like a rat, by slipping an eclair with cyanide, but through a very dangerous (as they write in open sources) and rare nerve agent “Novichok”.

At the moment, in Salisbury, where the traitor settled after the exchange, there is a real chemical panic. In a town with a population of 45 thousand residents, chemical protection troops are operating and an investigation is underway. Traces of Novichok were allegedly found in a pizzeria where Skripal’s son and daughter had lunch. The police suddenly became interested in Skripal’s relatives who had died over the past five years, especially his wife and son. Skripal's wife died of uterine cancer in October 2012, and his son died last year of liver failure during a trip to St. Petersburg. Very promising.

Now a little about Novichok. From open, but unverified sources, you can find out that in 1973, a group of Soviet chemists from NIIOKhT (the main research institute for the development of chemical weapons at the Shikhany test site) under the leadership of P.P. Kirpichev was given the task of creating, within the framework of the “Foliant” program, a neuro-paralytic agent that is superior to any foreign analogues. The new agent was supposed to differ from the old ones by its enormous toxicity in small doses. The result of the work was the creation of three unique organophosphorus-fluorine agents with nerve agents “Substance 33”, “A-232”, “A-234”.

Even the cities where chemical toxins were produced are indicated: Novo-Cheboksarsk, Volgograd, Shikhany (Saratov region).

In 1990, the Novichok OV was adopted by the Soviet Army. There were rumors that it was enough to spray one gram of this poison in the air to kill the population of an average metropolis in a matter of minutes. However, if we take into account that the potential enemy was already armed with VX-class combat agents with very similar properties, then we can only talk about maintaining parity.

Soon, as we know, an international treaty was signed on the prohibition and complete destruction of chemical weapons. And for the last 25 years, countries that have spent enormous amounts of money and decades on creating vast chemical arsenals have been engaged in the destruction of chemical agents and their precursors under the strict supervision of international observers. On September 27, 2017, Russia completely got rid of chemical weapons, as officially announced by President Putin.

Suddenly! Bulgarian journalist Dilyana Gaitandzhieva, widely known for her revealing investigations into the supply of weapons to terrorists in Syria by the United States and Saudi Arabia, reported an interesting detail on her Telegram channel SecretPaper. Just 13 km from the town of Salisbury, where the father and daughter Skripal were poisoned, is the British army base for chemical and biological research "Porton Down", which has more than once gotten into scandals with testing nerve-paralytic rubbish on people.

Thus, the British authorities have a hard job ahead of them in order to get rid of the scandal they themselves have inflated. The chemical formulas of the three types of Novichok can be found on the Internet if desired. Great Britain is a country with developed science in general and chemical technology in particular. Accordingly, developing the synthesis of Soviet chemical agents is a completely feasible task for British military chemists.

Great Britain has long earned a sour image of a country where some kind of trouble regularly occurs with Russian traitors or oppositionists. Sometimes with a fatal outcome. Let us remember how ostentatious and sophisticated the murder of Litvinenko was. The defector was bald and rotting literally before our eyes, and the British media literally reveled in his agony. Let us also remember how, a few days after Litvinenko’s death, the shabby Yegor Timurovich Gaidar ran headlong from an English hospital to Moscow. Moreover, according to the press secretary of the “young reformer”, Plokhish was also found to have radiation poisoning.

The British generally like to poison their enemies. Let's remember the English detective classics: “White Horse Villa” by Agatha Christie, Morgan the poisoner caught by Sherlock Holmes, “A Purely English Murder” and hundreds of other works on this topic.

It’s just that this time it would not be comme il faut to feed Skripal polonium to the British gentlemen from the intelligence services. But the same style can be seen in this case - an expensive and very scandalous method was chosen to kill a worthless traitor. And in general, “look for who benefits.”

Well, the fact that Madame British Prime Minister, in stupid seriousness, began to babble about “the Russian history of carrying out state-approved executions” is just childish babble. Even in the Soviet KGB, after the liquidation of Bandera, they recognized cutting out defectors and double agents on foreign territory as a waste of time. It is difficult, scandalous, and often involves the loss of valuable personnel. Nowadays, it seems that among the serious intelligence services, only Mossad is still engaged in foreign liquidations.

It can be assumed that the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in response to the request, will suggest that Teresa and Boriska clear their ears and strain their memory so that the fact is fixed in their heads: Russia has completely gotten rid of chemical weapons.

As a response, it would be a good idea to initiate an emergency inspection of the British chemical-biological viper Porton Down. Now let them get out of it themselves and come up with excuses.
