Sevastopol, September 26 (PolitNavigator, Viktor Orlov) - The new head of the legislative assembly of Sevastopol, Alexei Chaly, stated that he still has serious contradictions with the head of the city government, Sergei Menyailo.
Chaly said this in an interview with Russian Reporter magazine.

To the journalist’s clarifying question whether Menyailo ultimately agreed with the proposed city development program, Chaly replied: “I think he said it, but he didn’t seem to say it... With reservations.”
